The decor of the Christmas plates is designed by Lisbeth Lutnæs. Her upbringing in Trysil's deep forests characterizes her relationship with Christmas's nostalgia. When she took over the design for Porsgrund's Christmas plate, she has decided that it is the forest animals that will now characterize the plates for 5 years
